Scalable Informatics JackRabbit based systems continue to dominate spinning disk competition in raw and end user acheivable performance. Testing using commonly available load generators indicates significant performance advantages to this platform. RAID6 is used on all platforms unless otherwise noted.

We are happy to announce recent results for some of our newer JackRabbit SSD and Flash array products.  Our 48 drive SSD array has sustained a 7.8 GB/s streaming rate for nearly 1TB of data, as well as sustaining a 330k IOP rate for 8k random reads throughout this very large dataset.
